GeoVision Worry Free Warranty
GeoVision is committed to delivering value to our customers with the highest quality products and a comprehensive warranty to ensure worry-free ownership of our products. Starting January 1, 2017, any new GeoVision camera purchased from an authorized reseller will include the "Worry Free Warranty" as supplement to the standard warranty. There is no additional charge nor action required to register for the Worry Free Warranty, which adds the following:
For the first 90 days, starting from the date on the invoice, GeoVision will extend the standard warranty to cover damages otherwise excluded, such as damages resulting from accidental misuse and water exposure. GeoVision retains the exclusive right to repair or replace (at the manufacturer's discretion) the camera with a comparable model. This warranty applies exclusively toward GeoVision cameras and does not cover cosmetic wear, lost or stolen product, or damage to personal property or contents. Our associates can answer any questions you may have concerning the repair or refurbishing of your GeoVision product. To initiate the process, simply email our RMA Department at firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of purchase (i.e. valid receipt or reseller’s invoice).
