ISONAS Celebrates Anniversary of Taking Pure IP to the Cloud!

ISONAS will be releasing Pure Access 2.2 this week, marking the one-year anniversary of Pure Access. Launched in 2016, Pure Access, is an industry leading, cloud-based access control software application that provides users the ability to manage their access control from anywhere at any time, on any device. The web-based platform is also available in an on premise version and establishes a new standard for ease of use with a modern interface that allows for the administration and monitoring of an unlimited number of access points across any geography. In addition to providing the best user experience and interface, Pure Access gives ISONAS certified partners a path to a recurring business model in the access control space.

New Configuration Tool Now Available 
In order to make the set up and configuration of your system simpler and more streamlined, ISONAS is releasing a brand new configuration tool.  This tool allows you to discover your ISONAS hardware devices across subnets, configure them to the appropriate cloud instance, and check your connection to Pure Access to ensure communication is available outside of your site to the internet. Update on DBCrystal End of Life Support
As many of you are aware, ISONAS announced the end of life for DBCrystal and EasyWeb 2015 and we wanted to update all of you on the details of the legacy support program referred to below.

DBCrystal and EasyWeb 2015 Key Dates

• April 1, 2017         No new installs of DBCrystal or EasyWeb 2015
• October 1, 2017    End of no-charge support for certified integrators.  All support will require a specific Legacy Product Support contract vaild through March 31,2018.
• March 31, 2018     End of technical support for DBCrystal and EasyWeb 2015

As of May 1, our current Annual Tech Support Program and One Time Case Support will only be offered on Pure Access Products. If you are an end user and require DBCrystal Support, this support is available on a paid case by case basis, there is no annual support program for DBCrystal.  If you have an existing Annual Support Program and are using DBCrystal and EasyWeb 2015 ISONAS will honor that through the end of the contract or until March 31, 2018. 

October 1, 2017, will mark the end of no-charge support for certified integrators.  If support is required from October 1 through March 31, 2018, there is an integrator specific program available for support that will span the full 6 month period and cover all sites that require support.
